General Conditions - City Guest Guest Apartments

Advance Reservation
      •        It is possible to reserve a guest apartment for a short period without charge.
 
Reservation
        Reservation of guest apartment’s, must be made by contacting us by e-mail or telephone.
 
Booking
        When an apartment has been booked, we will send an invoice so that the booking is binding, according to our cancellation terms. See the section on cancellations.
 
Billing / Payment
        Invoice sent by e-mail as an attached PDF file In connection with billing, we ask for your name, address, phone number and address of recipient of invoice, and names of guests.
 
        Payment is made by transfer to our bank account. Bank detail’s is shown on the invoice.
 
        Payment is normally 8 days from receipt of invoice. However, the invoice should generally always be paid before the key to the apartment can be collected / sent, unless otherwise is agreed.
 
Conditions relating cancelations
        For cancellation, from booking date up until 14 days before arrival, is paid 50% of the booking.
        A cancellation from 14 days until the date of arrival is paid 100% of booking.
 
Large customer discount
If bookings over 200 nights within a year there will be achieved a 10% discount on subsequent bookings from the date and a year ahead.
 
Arrival / Departure
        Check-in: can be arranged from 3 pm.  
        Check-out: relocation must take place within 11 am.  
 
It is important that the above arrival and departure times are being respected unless otherwise is agreed. Otherwise guests are being billed an extra night.
 
Key to the guest apartment
        At our office there are key boxes where keys can be collected around the clock, seven days a week. Information about access to these boxes is provided by appointment. Alternatively, the key is sent by post (only within the Danish borders).
        The keys left on the kitchen table in the apartment when the lease vacated or separate agreement is made.
        If you accidentally lock yourself out, please contact a locksmith. The payment of the locksmith is at your own expense.
 
Bed linen and towels
-          If you stay in the apartment is more than 8 days, there are available clean linen in the apartment packed for a week. The guest is asked to leave used bed linen in the hanging laundry bags, which are collected by our cleaning staff.
 
Cleaning
-          Regular cleaning and disposal of waste is at your own risk. Cleaning Materials is found in the apartment. Large common garbage bins are located in the surrounding streets.
 
Smoking
-          Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment, which we ask to be respected. (Violation of the rule will enter an extra invoice for extraordinary cleaning of the apartment).
 
Pets
        It is not permitted to keep pets in our guest apartments, unless otherwise agreed.
 
Damage of the apartment / Replacement
-          All guest apartments are modernized and fully furnished to high standard with Danish and international design. There will be charged for damaged items or furniture’s upon departure.
 
Need to know
-          The guest apartments are decorated with Danish and international design - furniture of high quality – kitchen, equipment, towels, bedding, radio, cable television and wireless networks. Unfortunately, we find that apartments will be defaulted. We will draw attention to the supplied clean linen and towels in the apartment, as well as we will assess whether an exceptional cleanliness is required. This cleaning and lost linen will be invoiced the customer.
 
There is also an inventory list for each apartment, which are reviewed by staff after each stay.
 
The price for the apartment is included towels, bedding, cable TV, network usage, heat and electricity and final cleaning.
 
        It is possible to order extra cleaning by extra cost.
        When moving the apartment should be tiny.
        Note that dishwashing and making the apartment tiny is NOT included in the final cleaning.
